Brian was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on September 12, 1957. Although he has also lived in California, New Jersey, and New York, he has called Houston home since 1970. He began practicing law in 1982 and was a co-founder of Cokinos, Bosien & Young in 1989. Brian represents a broad range of clients, from sole proprietors to publicly traded corporations, in a very diverse range of professions and industries. He is known for his practical approach to issues and an ability to structure unique solutions, which attributes he has applied both to small transactions and acquisitions exceeding $100 Million.
