Professional Summary
Patrick Garner was born and raised in Houston. He is a litigator and trial attorney, specializing in construction and commercial litigation, and employment law representing Plaintiffs and Defendants. Mr. Garner has also served as a faculty member and speaker at seminars regarding residential construction issues and workplace safety, as well as water intrusion and mold related claims. Patrick has successfully defended and prosecuted claims involving contract disputes and construction defects representing property owners, general contractors, subcontractors and property managers.
As part of Patrick's employment practice, he has represented both employers and employees in all types of federal and state employment litigation, including claims based upon age, race, sex, disability and national origin discrimination. He also handles wrongful discharge claims, counsels employers on how to avoid litigation, and represents employers and employees in virtually all facets of employment law.
