Professional Summary    
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Tracy graduated from the University of Missouri, in 1993, where she majored in Economics and Finance. She was a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon (ODE), the International Economics Honor Society and awarded the Thorstein Veblen Economics Essay Award. Tracy also served as secretary to the investment club. Upon graduation, she attended Boston University School of Law, where she participated in several moot courts and won best oral advocate. As a result of her performance, she was selected to coach moot court teams in the Frederick Douglas Moot Court competition, and extended a position to be a teaching assistant in the writing program. Upon graduation, she worked for the Office of the Attorney General, where she was exposed to high volume child support and custody litigation. Upon her departure, Tracy worked at Magenheim, Bateman & Helfand, where she gained immediate trial experience, representing clients such as Walmart, Rice Epicurean Markets, and various cities across the State of Texas, in civil rights, employment, and Texas Tort Claim Act actions. Tracy served as plaintiffs' counsel in a reverse discrimination case challenging the constitutionality of the gifted education program in various school districts in Florida. As result of her representation, Florida amended its statute to limit the use of race in the admission policies of such programs.

Tracy joined Cokinos, Bosien & Young in June 2001 and represents individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in a wide diversity of cases.
