Diane M. Guariglia was born in Bethpage, New York. She specializes in Civil Appellate Litigation. She has extensive experience in the practice areas of Pharmaceutical Products Liability Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, Professional Liability Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Employment Litigation. Ms. Guariglia has served as course director and speaker at seminars regarding civil appellate law, summary judgment, and preservation of error issues. She also assisted Judge Michol O'Connor in editing, co-authoring, and updating "O'Connor's Texas Rules * Civil Trials" and "O'Connor's Texas Civil Appeals" from 1998 through 2003. Ms. Guariglia has been board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1996.
