Gabriel practices primarily in the area of construction litigation representing general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, and owners in contract drafting and negotiations as well as with disputes related to delays, design and construction defects, mechanic's/materialman's liens and bond issues. Since joining the firm, Gabriel has been involved with and brought to resolution multimillion dollar claims relating to all aspects and perspectives of the construction industry.
