  • Represented a national pipeline company in a claim for breach of contract. Party to arbitration on a claim of water infiltration to a commercial building. 
  • Represented installers of EFIS and stucco against claims of defective construction and installation. 
  • Represented an asphalt company in a claim for breach of contract. 
  • Represented a window company against allegations of incorrect manufacture and installation in a water infiltration case. 
  • Represented a major supplier on breach of contract action for defective materials and installation. 
  • Represented the manufacturer of a water sprinkler system against damages resulting from the sprinkler activating and flooding a building. 
  • Represented the manufacturer of shipping containers against allegations of defective construction. 
  • Represented an investment company in a suit against a bank for loss of future business. The case went to the Supreme Court and prevailed.
