Throughout his career, Craig Power has concentrated his practice in complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, bankruptcy matters and debtor-creditor rights issues. The firm's Principal in charge of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Craig is a frequent author and speaker on bankruptcy topics and collection issues as they affect the credit and construction industries.

As counsel for Southwestern Bell Telephone from 1979 to 1983, Craig took an active role in developing practices and procedures to be utilized by the company in dealing with customer bankruptcies under the then new Bankruptcy Reform Act. Craig also served two terms as a member of the State Bar of Texas District 4-H Grievance Committee. In 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, Craig was selected as a Texas Super Lawyer in Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights. In 2008 and 2009, Craig was also named one of Houston's Top Lawyers, and in 2009 he was also named a "Lawyer for the People." Craig is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell peer review ratings, the highest rating possible.
