Professional Summary
Marc heads the firm's Tort Litigation Section which deals principally with the defense of corporations and individuals sued for claims involving personal injury and property damage. He handles a wide variety of claims ranging from products liability, construction defects, commercial disputes to professional liability. He has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1989. Marc has tried over 100 cases in state and federal court and continues to try a significant number of cases each year while remaining active within the defense bar by actively writing, speaking and chairing important committees and subcommittees. He was named a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine for the years 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Marc is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell peer review ratings, the highest rating possible.
