Todd Riddle has over seventeen years of litigation experience in Texas courts and joined Cokinos Bosien & Young in 2010. Todd's practice focuses on commerical litigation of all types, including construction matters, contract disputes, insurance defense and tort litigation. He has firsthand experience litigating not only the underlying tort and contractual liability cases, but has also litigates numerous cases involving insurance coverage issues.
Todd has a wide range of experience representing businesses and insurance carriers as well as individuals in litigation matters involving construction defects, business interruption, injury/wrongful death and first and third party insurance claims. He has brought successful resolution through jury verdicts, arbitration and settlement to approximately two hundred matters on behalf of his clients.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Represented an offshore service company in multi-defendant litigation brought by a quadriplegic offshore worker who was injured on the drilling rig.
- Represented an oil company in a complex, multi-party property damage and business interruption claim resulting from the collapse of the company's offshore oil production platform in the Gulf of Mexico. Multiple defendants included the design engineer, contractor of the platform and the welding subcontractor. The case settled after six days of trial, resulting in substantial recovery of damages for Riddle's client.
- Represented an individual injured in a major 18-wheeler collision. Case tried to conclusion with the jury awarding Riddle's client in excess of $4 million in damages.
- Represented a national nursing care chain facility in numerous negligence claims for personal injury and wrongful death.
- Represented a local chemical company in business interruption damages claim resulting from an electrical malfunction which shut down power to the plant for an extended period of time.
- Represented a chemical blending company in successfully obtaining a temporary restraining order against a former employee engaged in trade secret misappropriation.
- Successfully negotiated separation agreement between a major university and its head football coach with allegations of breach of contract by both parties.
