Professional Summary
A native Houstonian, Todd began his legal career with a firm representing companies and insurance carriers in a variety of civil litigation matters including commercial, personal injury, nursing home and Jones Act cases. Much of that practice was representing businesses and companies in many types of commercial litigation cases.
He then began a practice of more than 10 years with The Riddle Law Firm representing individuals in a variety of civil litigation cases. During his practice, he successfully brought recovery to a high percentage of his clients, with several settlements and jury verdicts in excess of $1 million. Todd has firsthand litigation experience representing Texas families in accidental / wrongful death cases as well as first party insurance cases.
Todd has been appointed to serve as guardian ad litem on behalf of minor litigants before Harris County numerous times.
Todd is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell peer review ratings, the highest rating possible.
