Abbie Sprague's legal practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation, probate and employment matters, commercial litigation and debtor-creditor rights issues. Abbie clerked for a federal bankruptcy judge gaining valuable insight, which she now brings to her clients. Abbie graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2010 where she was a Case Notes and Comments Editor for the International Law Journal and a student mentor for incoming students. She was also awarded the Dean's Lex Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing and served as a research assistant for Professor Brigham Daniels.

- Represented contractors and subcontractors in preferential transfer avoidance actions in bankruptcy court.
- Represented a technology & software sales executive in a Texas Workforce Commission hearing to recover past due wages from a previous employer.
- Drafted employee handbooks for several organizations including construction companies and family-owned businesses.
- Represented personal representatives in matters relating to the administration of estates.
