Abbie Sprague's legal practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation, probate and employment matters, commercial litigation and debtor-creditor rights issues. Abbie clerked for a federal bankruptcy judge gaining valuable insight, which she now brings to her clients. Abbie graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2010 where she was a Case Notes and Comments Editor for the International Law Journal and a student mentor for incoming students. She was also awarded the Dean's Lex Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing and served as a research assistant for Professor Brigham Daniels.

Represented community banks with statewide presence in seeking relief from the automatic stay and negotiating cash collateral orders in numerous bankruptcy cases.
Represented contractors and subcontractors in preferential transfer avoidance actions in bankruptcy court.
Represented a technology & software sales executive in a Texas Workforce Commission hearing to recover past due wages from a previous employer.
Drafted employee handbooks for several organizations including construction companies and family-owned businesses.
Represented personal representatives in matters relating to the administration of estates.
