Ben Swearingen's areas of legal practice include insurance litigation, employment litigation, contract law, construction litigation, education law, commercial litigation, municipal law and tort litigation. Ben graduated from the Duke University School of Law in May 2011 where he completed a dual degree program, earning his J.D. and an LL.M. in international and comparative law.
