Koetting Jackson, an associate in Cokinos, Bosien & Young's Houston office has been chosen as Chair-Elect by the Construction Law Section of the Houston Bar Association, for the 2011-2012 year. She will assume the chairmanship for the following year. The HBA Construction Law Section was formed in 1989 and currently has 287 attorney members. The section meets to discuss current topics in construction law and to allow construction law practitioners and other industry service providers networking opportunities. Jackson's tenure follows two other CBY lawyers who have headed the section, Liz Debaillon in 2007 and Rick Flake in 1994, continuing the firm's prominence in the construction law arena.

San Antonio associates Roland Gonzales, David Gregorcyk and Gabriel Head were named to S.A. Scene magazine's 2012 list of San Antonio's best young legal professionals.
