CB&Y lawyer Denis Ducran has accepted an invitation to join one of the firm's clients, Satterfield and Pontikes Construction, Inc. as its Vice President/General Counsel.  "We will greatly miss Denis' contributions to our construction industry practice group," said Gregory Cokinos, head of the firm's construction practice group.  "We are excited to be working with him in his new capacity as general counsel at Satterfield and Pontikes, as we enjoy a great working relationship with them.  While we will miss Denis here at the firm, we recognize the opportunity this new role provides to him and the entire firm wishes him the very best."
